Parking rules: such as third car parking (3rd car parks on Oakes Rd), oil/fluids leaking, and vehicle storage issues.
Dog rules: such as Dog weight limit (no more than 25lb) and clean up.
Smoking rules.
Garbage rules.
Pool rules.

It is the owner’s responsibility to give the bylaws and rules to the tenants. It is free to request digital bylaws and rules by email.
It is the owner’s responsibility to correct the violations of the tenants.
When a tenant breaks the rules, both tenant and owner will be sent a warning letter first.
The tenant needs to correct the action in 5 days to avoid further actions, fines and assessment.
All the fines will be posted on the owner’s account. Please pay the fines off with your next HOA fee to avoid interest charges.
1st violation fine is $25; 2nd violation and 3rd violation fine will be $35; 4th & thereafter $50 plus legal and managerial cost and interest. For any amounts not paid to the Association when due, compound interest at the rate of 1% per month shall be added to the outstanding balance
