As a resident/owner, we all have obligation to make our condominium a better place for all!
Winter is now upon us! We want to remind you that it is your responsibility to clear your walkway when it snows. It is also your responsibility to move your vehicle when the parking lot is plowed. If you do not move your vehicle for the plow, you have 24 hours to clear your space of snow or there will be a $25 fine.
HOA has updated the old landline pool emergency phone to a wireless phone. To use it in case of emergency, please refer to the instruction in the Residents' resource page.
Due to the thaw and freeze after historical snow storm, icicles have been formed. For the safety of all, HOA have all the icicles removed on 02/19/2021.
As of 11:00 AM, due to the snow emergency, please stay inside and try not to remove the vehicle at this time. The snow removal will start later today when the snow tapers off, please check up the update here regularly. Thank you for your understanding.
Dear Resident/owner
Recently, there have been a few violations, and some had very tragic consequences. To ensure a peaceful and safe living environment, HOA requests all owners to review the condo bylaws and rules. Owners should also screen the tenants accordingly.
It is the owner’s responsibility to give the bylaws and rules to the tenants.
It is free to request e-version of bylaws and rules by email (pleasantoakes@gmail.com).
Some issues residents/owners need to be aware of are:
Dog rules: such as Dog weight limit (no more than 25 lb) and clean up.
Parking rules: such as third car parking (3rd car needs to be parked on Oakes RD), oil/fluids leaking, and vehicle storage issues.
Smoking rules.
We are working on the new Pleasant Oakes Condo website (www.pleasantoakes.com) and hopefully it will be up soon. You may find more information about Landlords’ and residents’ recourses and regulations by then.
As a resident/owner, we all have obligation to make our condominium a better place for all!
